Obverse: The hairlines and curls around Liberty’s face, neck, and forehead are well-defined with some flatness on the high points. The ear is sharp, the cheek shows noticeable abrasion and smoothing from contact, and the cotton bolls and leaves have clear separation but minor flattening.
• Reverse: The eagle’s wings and head have good feather definition, but the breast is mostly smooth with no remaining feather details. The wreath leaves are defined with flatness on the tops, and the talons are clear but slightly softened.
