This is an Adidas windbreaker (made by Descente).
There is no size notation, but it is believed to be a size LL or O from that time.
It's in beautiful condition, only tried on indoors and never worn outdoors. However, it is a vintage item from the 1970s, approximately 50 years old, so please understand that there may be some age-related deterioration.
