Lovely vintage / antique matching set. The markings seem to indicate this set was made in the 1940s, but I am not sure. There are a few tiny stones missing, easy repair as they are not diamonds.
Seems to be some type of silver metal, perhaps rhodium plated.
Great set for a collector!
These sets vary widely in price, however most sell VERY high! (See pics).
