Barrel coupling is a key component of any draft beer system. This is a small but important device that connects gasoline and beer pipelines to your bucket. Pressurized gas (CO2 or nitrogen, depending on the type of beer being dispensed) flows into the side of the barrel coupling through an air pipeline, while beer flows out through a beer pipeline connected to the top. Simply put, without the correct beer barrel connector, your draft beer dispensing will fail. In any draft beer system, couplings or barrel taps allow gas cylinders to supply pressurized carbon dioxide into the barrels. Connect the bottom of the coupler to the bucket valve, connect the gas pipeline to the side hose connector, and connect the beer pipeline to the top of the coupler. When in use, the result is that the beer is pushed onto the beer line and flows towards the faucet. The main body of the coupler is made of nickel plated brass and has a 304 stainless steel probe that is inserted into the barrel. Each part of this coupler that comes into contact with beer is made of stainless steel. This high-end material ensures long-lasting performance and high-quality casting without adding any metallic odor. Specification Bucket Type: S/D/A/G Body Material: Nickel plated brass Probe Material: 304 stainless steel Inlet Connection: Gas hose with an inner diameter of 5/16 inches (8mm) Beer Outlet Connection: Inner diameter of 1/4 "(6mm) Beer hose Pressure Ratio: 60 pounds per square inch S-type This beer bucket coupler is compatible with most European breweries and is also known as European Sankey Brewery. The probe of the barrel joint is longer and narrower than the barrel joint of the D system. The barrel coupler consists of a chrome plated brass body and a 304 stainless steel probe. The D-type D-system barrel coupler is the most common system in the United States, also known as American Sankey, used by all major breweries and most craft breweries. The type of coupler you need will depend on the specific barrel position of the beer. The coupler is simple and easy to use. By connecting the connector to the small bucket and pressing the handle to engage, pressure is allowed to enter the bucket and the beverage is pushed out through the extraction tube or spear. The body of the G-type coupler is made of chrome plated brass, while the probe is of SS 304 grade. So your beer always only has SS contacts. Before tapping the bucket, please connect the beer and gasoline pipelines. This barrel joint is easy to install and use, with 5/8 BSP threads. The G system bucket coupler is also popular as a Grundy bucket coupler. It is designed specifically for use with Anchor Steam (50 liter drum) Boddingtons、Caffrey's、Carling、Fuller's、Grolsch、Old Speckled Hen、Tenents Designed for use with beers such as Watneys. ==========Highly concerned about chemicals: no characteristics: environmental protection Quantity: 1 bar fitting Type: barrel column certification: CIQ Material: metal Origin: Chinese Mainland CN: Shanghai Type: bar fitting
