This is a Charmin Chatty doll. Charmin Chatty was manufactured by Mattel Toys from 1963 to 1964. I am not the original owner I purchased her from a sale. Charmin Chatty has sleepy eyes meaning that when you lay her down her eyes close. Her hair is in good condition for her age. Charmin pull string is attached but she does not talk. She has tape on her side but I don't know why it was put there. And a piece of tape on her stomach that says 2V. She also has tape on her shoulders maybe the previous owner opened her up.
