Beautiful crystal new without tags, has a bird at the top of what looks to me like a snowflake or maybe a star?

Would look stunning hanging from your kitchen window and would add rainbow sparkles for hours on end....SO PRETTY! I bought this 25 years ago in Virginia Beach at a little shop and I just never hung it. It needs a window to hang and sparkle from. It really does dazzle when the light hits it. I'll try to take better pictures of it... However if you want to see something specific just let me know!
It's on a plastic string currently, however it would be much better and sturdier on a thicker string.
