This is a Downey & Bourke reversible tote. It does have a soft leathery feel, but not sure if it is leather. One side is black and the other is a metallic bronze color. There are no inner pockets and is open at the top. This was minimally used - it held the crochet that I was working on. Unfortunately, the bronze side does not photograph very well. The last picture is of the stamp of the Dooney & Bourke name but it also shows minor changes in color… not sure if that is the way it was when purchased
