This is a softshell jacket issued as Level 4 of the US military's ECWCS system.
I purchased it new and wore it a few times, but I'm selling it because I don't have much use for it.
It appears to be in very good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor imperfections, as it is a military-issued item and may have some original slight soiling.
It's a rare XS-Short size, and it fit me perfectly (I'm 170cm and of slender build).
It has a moderate amount of stretch, so you can layer clothing underneath, just like with the ECWCS.
