Balloon will deflate over time. It will depend on the climate around the balloon (temperature, humidity, direct sunlight, altitude) and any conditions that customer exposes to the balloon. If you receive your flowers in balloon in a box, do not use sharp objects to open the box such as a knife, may puncture balloon.
There are no refunds on flower in balloons, unless the balloon arrives damaged upon which we must be notified within 2 hours of delivery time.
