Sizes are different but they did fit kind of at the same time. HM shirt is 4-6 months but as you can see, the sleeve is exactly as long as 6-9 month gap bodysuit next to it. My baby wore those for Christmas photos around 9 months. The sweater romper from gap is in size 12-18 but mine wore around 10 months only once.
All like new, just wrinkled from storage
