ITG-12E 12' Countertop Electric Griddle with Thermostatic Controls

Made of stainless steel, the IKON ITG-60 countertop gas griddle is designed for durability in high-volume settings where it will be exposed to heat, moisture, and grease. The plate is polished smooth to ease cleaning and measures 1-inch thick for resistance to warping and heat-stress fissures. Its burners are U shaped for uniform heat distribution, and each burner has a separate thermostatic control for distinct heating zones. Simplifying ignition, the pilot lights can be quickly accessed from the unit’s front. The IKON ITG-60 gas griddle’s double walled sides provide insulation to contain heat within the unit and prevent the exterior from becoming overheated and potentially causing burns. Ventilation is enhanced with the unit’s rear flue, and its front edge stays cool during use. For streamlined operation and maintenance, the unit is fully serviceable from the front, and its grease drawer is built with a weep hole and baffle.
