This is a Jada Toys Peterbilt 379 Shell oil tanker.
It is new and unopened, but it appears to be quite old, and the box has many dents and scratches.
I have never touched the body of the truck, but dust has entered through the gaps in the box.
The body is in the same condition as when it was purchased, so I think there are no scratches or stains.
