The collaboration between Levi's and the legendary rock band Grateful Dead was released as a capsule collection in July 2021. This collection, born from the shared roots of both in San Francisco, pays homage to the band's rich history and psychedelic artwork.
Collection Features
This collection uses graphics of the band's iconic motifs such as "Steal Your Face" and "Dancing Bear". Key items include the 501® and TYPE III Trucker Jacket featuring oversized "DEAD" lettering in the shape of bones, graphic T-shirts inspired by 80s bumper stickers and the band's bootleg culture, and baggy shorts with graphics printed on them. In addition, accessories such as bucket hats, sling bags, and patches with the Dancing Bear pattern were also released.
