There are no scratches or stains, but (please check the images 5 and 6) there is a slight gap between the inner dividers and the face part.
If you are concerned, you can probably fix it with glue.

I have only used it inside a dressing table, so there is no sun damage, but it is made overseas, so there are some areas where the construction is a little rough. (Please refer to the photos, image 5, there is a slight distortion in the dividers)

I don't see any major noticeable scratches or stains, but it will also be a personal inspection, and I have used it daily.
