Oak sledge swing

These artisanal swings are crafted from top-quality Kiln Dried Oak, perfect for enhancing any garden and ideal for personalized home gifts. They can be inscribed with a child's name, house name, or a favorite phrase. The wood is responsibly sourced from sustainable forests, certified by the FSC 100% standard. The ropes, 20mm thick, are robust polyhemp with a breaking strain of 5.5 tonnes, ensuring longevity while being gentle on hands and maintaining a classic appearance. Each rope is traditionally hand-spliced five times on each side, heat-sealed to prevent fraying. They come with 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) of 20mm rope on each side, with over 6 meters used in traditional splicing. The swings measure 560mm x 400mm, with oak beams 60mm thick and slats 20mm thick.
