Oracles Planetaires Deck

This is a reproduction of the Planetary Oracle.
Received as a gift and I have no idea how to use it.
The internet says this deck was produced by a museum sometime in the 1980s.
The original deck is held by the National Library of Paris and includes 60 astrological charts.
The system was developed in 1867 for divination with stars and colors.
Includes two information cards and an instruction booklet in French. (see images)

This deck lists for ridiculous prices on the internet but they appear to be mostly a collectible?

The cards are approximately 3"x5" thick cardboard with square corners.

The tuckbox shows some wear and tear but other than looking at the cards, they don't appear to have been used.
