Use

Apply generously to the face before exposure to the sun or locally to sensitive and/or over-exposed areas before exposure to the sun.

Using less product reduces the level of protection. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, perspiring or drying yourself. Excessive sun exposure is a serious threat to health. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if using sun protection. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunshine.
