PS2 Slim Model SCPH-7001b tested and working, bundled with essential accessories & games
The console is in fair condition with cosmetic flaws (a small scuff and scratches). The door sensor needs a little extra push in the back to initiate, but can be repaired/modified. Even a small paper weight would work. I've tested it myself and the console as a whole works fine.
