Rockwood 491.3 Brass Floor Mount Automatic Door Holder with Stop, Polished Clear Coated Finish, 1/2" or Less Door to Floor Clearance, Includes Fasteners for Use with Solid Wood Doors and Wood Floors

The Rockwood 491.3 automatic door holder is made of brass with a polished clear coated finish, has a floor-mounted strike for use with doors that have 1/2" or less of clearance under the door, and includes fasteners to attach the holder to a solid wood door and the strike to a wood floor. The door holder's roller catch automatically latches to the strike to hold the door open and releases by a gentle pull. The floor-mounted strike also acts as a stop to protect adjacent walls. The door holder includes four #10 x 1-1/4" flathead wood screws for attaching the holder to the door and three #12 x 1-1/4" flathead wood screws and three plastic anchors for attaching the strike to the floor. Slotted mounting holes permit alignment adjustment of the body during installation. The polished clear coated finish matches the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA) 605 architectural finish code.
