SWIFT 7x,35 Binocular w/Case

This is an early, maybe even the first, model of the iconic TRITON to be made in Japan! Stamped with the Swift and Anderson logo, so it hails from the early to mid-1950s when build quality was the highest. Easily the equal of similar German made optics of the era. Just cleaned and lubed, it is in fantastic vintage condition with only one small divot out of the right side vinyl covering, about 1/2"x1/4". It has been covered with oil based paint and is barely noticeable. Cleaned internally of haze causing film on hand finished BK-7 prisms, views are jaw dropping crisp and color neutral. EVERY old bino will need such servicing, so beware! One could easily pay our asking price just for servicing. For SWIFT collectors, here is an essential set. One could easily make a nice collection out of just Triton models as they were made from the 1950s up into the '80s! One of their most popular models from a well regarded importer who also brought us the Audobon series of binoculars.
