I love this collection. When I was a kid I got this given to me by a stranger at Camden Yards for the All-Star game. This is the 1991 Upperdeck Ted William's Baseball Heroes set. It is the complete set of #28-36 plus the announcement card.
In addition to the complete set, there is another set that is missing just the announcement card.
