Texas Tech University Tire Cover - Home of the Red Raiders. I bought this for a co-worker who changed their mind and didn't wanted it. It was purchased at the university book store. I do not have the original packaging for it. I will ship it well in a box.
Measurements: About 30 inches with a sliding cable-like rope around the back it to make it smaller if needed to fit smaller tires. You're able to lock it with any lock you want to use (please see all pictures).
