This was my Dads lense for his camera,its been taken care of as it was of great importance for his job.The lens is black with a textured grip denoting underground as the brand name Underground - which was a New England based camera brand also referred to as UGCThis lens in fom the brand which was in business until 1982 and offered competitive pricing while being of great top notch qualityThe lens cap is marked 55mm and Taiwan - the caps snaps into placeThe opposing side also has a stay put cap to protect the lense The top is brand marked along with NO. 97088The carrying case has a duel interior cover & snaps closed - there is an adjustable handle with buckle Im unfortunately not a camera buff so I cannot offer much information more than its in perfect lense condition & works perfectly.Smoke/ pet free environment Unflawed & stored with the utmost care
