This tapestry/textile appears to be embroidered & quilted silk & cotton, accented with metallic inserts.
Purchased this textile many years ago and recently rediscovered during a move.
It can be wall hung directly using its two corner tabs if desired.
Although a nice heavier material, it is delicate and some areas show frayed threads and if you look closely, you'll also notice one missing metallic insert (gone unnoticed for 30 years!)
Still gorgeous with vibrant colors, ready for a new home.
