This is a smart scale you hook it up to your phone or to any device by an app track your weight you can even do jumping jacks set goals and it's all connected to your phone or whatever device you'd like it to be connected to it's awesome the only thing wrong with it is the back where you keep the batteries in fell out so I have my batteries in there but I've got duct tape over it just to hold the batteries in so because of that I'll have to discount it but it works well it's just need to back to hold the batteries but the duct tape works just fine for me I just got a new one so pass this one along to someone who would like it and we'll use it
